internet explorer hangs and crashes

EVERY TIME I right click try to open in a new window, and sometimes when I
open a link in a window explorer hangs and crashes. I have several machines
that are set up like this one and they do not do this. It is happening more
and more when I just go to a link on a web page. Any Ideas?
 
I have also disocvered the same problem on a winxp Sp2 workstation here. I
even re-installed IE and SP2, still the same results.
