You need to take care copying error messages.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error
Report. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from Event
Viewer.

The instruction is pointing to itself!

Have you recently added to or made changes the memory installed
on your computer?

Try the advice in the paragraph headed "Test the Ram"

Hope this helps.

Hi Michael,
Adding to Gerry Advice you have a Malware infections on your PC and that
preventing IE7? from accessing the Internet beside and cause the Error?.
1- The best is to scan your computer with online scanner from here:
http://www.pandasecurity.com/activescan
http://www.trendmicro.com
And also for malwares from here:
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
http://www.safer-networking.org ; for Spybot S&D
Then try to Disable the Add-Ons on your Browser somehow your browser been
hooked by Add-ons or Plug-ins, on how to disable the Add-ons follow this:
Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Networking and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
click on Programs Tab and then click the Manage Add-Ons Button there Disable
the None/Not Verified Plug-ins/Add-ons (You can Renable them one-ny -one
later and see which one will be the culprit and uninstall it or Update the
Add-Ons if it is Legitimate Add-Ons not a spyware plug-ins).

Click On Advanced tab and scroll down under this Option and uncheck this Box:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable third-party browser extensions (Req Rest)

Then click [OK] to confirm your Changes and Reboot your machine and see if
the Error goes away or ON.

Also this error can happen if you have a memory is going bad or applications
that are hungry for memory and hoggoing your Memory so you got this Error
message.

2= If all fail download the Hijackthis and send the report to one of many
forums for analysis and troubleshooting:
When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. Post
your log to http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html,
http://forums.subratam.org/index.php?showforum=7, or other appropriate
forums for expert analysis, not here.
Please perform one step (1,2) at a time and see if that will help your
issue.
HTH.
Please let us know.

nass

Well I think I found the culprit and it turned out to be Yahoo. I disabled
all of the yahoo programs from the add ons and plug in list and the problem
has now gone away.

Michael

So what particular Yahoo Add On and what version did you disable?
You can get the Toolbar version by right clicking on yt.dll in Windows
Explorer.

Hope this helps.

I just put two and two together because I noticed this problem started the
day I updated to a new version of Yahoo messenger. I also noticed after I
updated that Yahoo became my new home page. I just disabled anything
associated with Yahoo.

Michael

That doesn't solve the problem. It just makes it go away. Try adding
back bit by bit testing as you go until you identify what causes the
problem.

Look back in Event Viewer and post a copy of the Report.
