Internet Explorer Crash on certain web pages like NFL.com

The instruction at 0x60a2b64d referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory
could not be read is the error message i get.
I have Winxp professional sp2,1 gig of memory.Pentium 4 processor 3.0g.with
hyperthread.
I hope someone knows how to fix problem
