when i pass my mouse over html links in IE, iexplorer.exe starts using a lot of processing power. each time i pass my mouse over a link, CPU usage goes up by 10-15% for about a second. if i move my mouse over a few links in a short span of time, CPU usage continues to increase and depending on the site, it can go all the way up to 100%. anyone have any ideas? thanks for your time...

Also noted this, yes: for example, when hovering with mouse
over the hyperlink intersections of a board game, you can
almost *hear* the PC catching up speed!
