Internet explorer could not load active X components

The Following is the error that appears to me when i try
to open a page which uses active X Components:

This page provides potentially unsafe information to an
Active X control.Your Currently Security Settings prohibit
running control in this manner.As a result,this page may
not display correctly.

Open Internet Explorer
On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click Internet.
Click Default Level, and then click OK.

If the issue continues to occur, follow these steps:
On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click Internet, and then click Custom Level.
Under Download Signed ActiveX Controls, click Enable or Prompt.
Click OK, and then click Yes.
Click OK.
