Internet Explorer Bars have changed - how to get back to normal

This morning, I was Web surfing, and my Internet Explorer
bars changed.

I don't have a title bar anymore. The first bar is now
(from left to right): the tool bar, the menu bar, and the
address bar. My Google bar in under that.

I have tried going to the View menu, but there's not Title
bar listed there. I have tried dragging the bars, but
nothing moves.

Can anyone help me?
