Internet Explorer - background image are not loading

Problem:
IE is not loading background images on web page in LAN web server.
I seated LAN as trusted network.
I checked setting in IE but cant find the solution.

I have Win XP with service pack 2 beta
IE is version 6.0.2900.2149.xpsp_sp2_rc2.040610-1520
