Internet Explorer as default

I store my email addresses in Excel and when I double click them Outlook Express opens. I want Internet Explorer to open
How do I set that as default in Excell.
 
Internet Explorer cannot be used as an email client. However, IE can be used
to view web-based email sush as hotmail or yahoo.

You can change your default email client to one that you prefer (i.e. MS
Outlook, Netscape, etc)so long as it's installed on your system. Once done,
clicking an email address within excel should open your default email
client, if not, change appropiate settings in excel
