If you're having Windows XP Professional:
Click Start, Run and type gpedit.msc
Go to the following branch:
User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Internet Explorer
Double-click "Turn on Compatibility Logging" and set it to "Enabled"
Exit the Group Policy Editor
Description: This policy setting logs information that is blocked by new features in Internet Explorer. The logged data is displayed in the Windows Event Viewer.
