Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2

It doesn't work. Still, it's not very hard to find on the net. And it sucks.
I know it's beta, but still. With so many great IE based browsers around, I
don't know why MS even bother with their own shell.

You need to get rid of your existing IE6 before installing apparently.

Better to wait for the public beta or final release though.

Or get Opera :-)
 
I've just checked on the MSDN subscriber downloads and there isn't a
Beta 2 version out yet. Its still at Beta 1

Beta 2 is a preview intended for developers (programmers and the like I
assume), which is how it leaked out. It is very buggy AFAIK which may
be why MS isn't offering it.

The update.inf file has several clear references to it being 'beta 2
preview' and there's a catalogue file called ie7bet2p.cat.

We need to know what country you are in, at least, so the nearest
volunteer burner can contact you. My guess is that you are in South
Africa.
