I am having a problem downloading... all of a sudden I am unable to access
downloads on Microsft's site (and others... the attempts on Microsoft are
just most recent). For example, I tried to download the SP update for IE
6.0 and I always get the following error:

HTTP 403 - Forbidden

Can anyone help with this? I haven't a clue why I am all of a sudden unable
to download...? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I am not having trouble downloading SP update for IE 6.0 using Mozilla.
Mozilla is an alternative browser that some people thinks works better than
IE.
