When I open the internet browser I go to about:blank. It then runs a spyware
popup which tells me i have infected files. The page reads: Search Home at
the top and lists tons of topics. I cannot use tools to change the home page.
I have run spyware without nay results. I have the most current anti-virus
and have also scanned without any adverse results.
Under add/remove programs there is one listed as Home Search Assistant. If
I try ot remove it puts on a web page (no url address shown) and states that
I need to download the unistall file (hyperlink shown) but there is no file
there.
I am not very technical and am somewhat lost on what to do.
Any help is most appreciated
