Hi,
It may be due to malware Browser Helper Objects (BHO). The temporary
solution is to disable third-party browser extensions in
Internet Explorer:
1. Click Start -> Run, type "Inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes)
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, uncheck the "Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart)" check box.
4. Restart Internet Explorer.
Then download some adware programs and remove the BHO completely. The
third-party products that are listed are manufactured by companies that are
independent of Microsoft. Microsoft makes no warranty, implied or
otherwise, regarding the performance or reliability of these products.
Use an automated removal tool

--Recently when I try to log on to the internet for any prigram I get the
message, "Internet Explorer has experienced a problem and needs to shut
down. We are sorry for any inconvience this may have caused you. It then
asks me if I want to send a report to Microsoft. I can click yes, or no,
and when I do it goes back to my original starting point and freezes up.
This happened once before and instant support had me go to, Start, run, and
type in a file name and remove it but I don't remember what it was, and now
my instant support is not working. I am running an HP Pavillion 753N with
XP home addition, I E-6 Browser Any help appreciated.
