internet explorer 6.0

i'm using microsoft ME.and when i try to open my internet
explorer it searches for IEXPLORE.EXE and says it can't
find it.I'm thinking maybe i need to reinstall but if this
is the way to proceed i don't know the best way to do
that.Or if there is a better suggestion to solve the
problem i would love to hear it.Thank You.

Go to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and click iexplore.exe
In IE go to Tools | Internet Options | Programs and click Reset Web
settings.
