Internet Explore defaults to wrong home page.

Each time I reboot my PC the homepage for Internet Explore
defaults to res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049. I can change
it using tool/internet options/home page to www.yahoo.com
however when I reboot it reverts back to
res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049

mshp.dll = coolwebsearch trojan
