internet error

when trying to change from one internet site to another, I
am gettting an error that is reporting back to MSN. the
error states:
Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
will need to close.
error sig.
application name: iexplore.exe
app version. 6.0.2800.1106
module name sysfiy.dll

I have gone to MSN and did a scan and update but it is
still happening. Any ideas?

sysfiy.dll does not appear to be a Microsoft file. First eliminate any
scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
