No software firewalls on this machine. I get an IP from the router. It just
won't go to the Inernet. All other machines on this network get to the
Internet. Could this be a tcp/ip issue, if so, how do I repair?

It could be a TCP/IP issue, and resetting the Winsock catalog could
fix it. Type this line at a command prompt, then reboot:

netsh winsock reset catalog

If that doesn't help, check the IP address, subnet mask, default
gateway, and DNS server, and compare them to the values on a computer
that's working right.
