When access a web page on the internet, we are getting a small window rather than a full screen, we have searched high and low for a place to change to full screen with little avail.

Does any one know how to change this setting

Open one instance of IE | Use the cursor (not the
maximize button) to drag the window to the desired
size | Click the Close [X] while holding down the
Ctrl key.
