I am attempting to set up ICS as per instructions on
Windows Help to run across Netgear Wifi network. In
Network connections advanced I can check the 3 boxes to
allow connection / establish dial up/ allow users to
control disable internet connection but I cannot find a
Home Networking Connection section under Internet
Connection Sharing to define my wifi network. Any idea
what I'm doing wrong?

You might not be doing anything wrong.

If your computer only has one LAN connection, ICS automatically uses
it for the home network, without asking you to select a connection.

After enabling ICS, click your wireless network connection and see
what its IP address is. If it's 192.168.0.1, then ICS is set up
right.

If you only have one possible adapter to be the Home Networking Connection
it is selected by default and the dropdown box will not show.
