Internet blocking software

Hi,

Would like to know if TerminatorX is a good program to block MSN, ICQ,
WinMX, etc. I understand it doesn't do content filtering but by blocking
chatting software, it would be a great help.

If you have recommendation for other software, please let me know. Thanks,

I'm not familiar with TerminatorX. But from your description, I'd never
consider even downloading it to my pc, much less installing it.
