INTERNET ACCOUNTS PASSWORD

I have been tryin to get Outlook 2000 ver 9.0.0.2711 to
remember the password to check mail. I have even made new
accounts and it still will not work. Checked info between
a working machine and none working with no difference in
data entered.

The program is on a Sony laptop with Windows 2000
professional!! Maybe I am looking to correct it in the
wrong area.
