I work off XP Pro and my ISP is AOL.
Each of the family members has their own log-on with 'user' rights but I'm
the onlt one with 'administrator' rights.
While trying to log onto the internet from one of the domains that only has
'user' rights established, the system hangs. If I change their rights to
'administrator' everything works fine?!
My XP system is running SP2 and fully up to date
I've contacted AOL, but they inform me this is an XP problem.
Suggestion / help??

Typical AOL support. They lied to you.

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no
control over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof).
