I have experienced being blocked in trying to access

responsible. How do I proceed
First of all, why do you think that anyone is "responsible"? What problems
are you having?
What will your legal team advise you to do if your legal action finds out
that you are responsible because you've set up your machine incorrectly or
failed to install a plug-in that the sites in question require?
We're very happy to help you solve your problems in these groups but you
need to be aware of two things:
1. You are NOT speaking to Microsoft Corporation here, you are speaking to
fellow computer users, some of which volunteer to answer questions in
newsgroups when they can.
2. Everybody here has people make legal threats against heaven knows who
because of a computer problem before. While these are always amusing, these
posts are most often those most difficult to deal with as the poster is so
busy proving they caught every episode of LA Law and Ally Mc Beal that they
forget to tell us about the fault they've got.
Now, want to try again?
