Interactive training feature lost

Hi All
Have completed a successful new install on Windows XP upgrade from Windows
ME on my Dell Inspiron 4000 but have lost the following two features... MS
Interactive Training and Dell Tell How.
I have all the in box disks. Appreciate any helpful advice.

Interactive Training is preinstalled at the factory by Dell.
You'll have to contact Dell support and request assistance
to resolve your issue.
