Interactive logon

I performed a "Live update" of my symantec netrecon
software adn now when I try to logon I get "The local
policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively". This has only appeared since the update.
I cannot see any reference in the local security settings
that reference interactive logon. This machine is on a
domain and I can log into the domain as administrator. I
cannot logon locally or on the domain using my user
account. I can see my user account on the PDC.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
