When I type an address it appears not to find the webiste
I am trying to load. What I have come to find out is my
browser is automatically adding the website of a search
site in front of every address I type but this doesn't
appear in the address bar. The website everything is
pointing to is "www.nkvd.us". What can I do to get rid of
this?

Which version of Windows do you use?

will detect, but not remove the offender. But PP will
tell you how to manually remove the junk.

Control panel > Internet options > "connections" tab > lan
settings. Is the "proxy server" box checked? If yes,
uncheck it.
