Intellipoint 5.0 does not have middle button support?

Well i got a new intellimouse explorer 4.0 mouse today

Guess what? The intellipoint software, as far as i can
tell, does not have an option to set any of the buttons as
the third mouse button! Sureley this is an obvious
addition to the list?

I use mozilla and the third mouse button is very useful in
that program.

Does anyone know how to map one of the buttons as a third
mouse button in intellipoint software?
 
You will have to what for the next version of Intellipoint software. MS has
stripped version 5 down and other have been asking for the older version 4
features to be put back.

Hi Fred, I'd be _very_ happy if I could map the Alt-F4 to a mouse button
again.
