Does any1 know what that is? And how do i use User Defined-Phrase Tool w/
Office 2003 when it's already enabled in properties? I cant add in my own
phrase. It keeps saying Intelligent IME is not found. I have know clue what
the hell that is. Thank you very muvh

"IME" stands for "Input Method Editor" which is a facility for typing East
Asian languages on Western-style keyboards. Read the description here:

I'm not sure where you found the User Defined Phrase Tool, although it may
appear in the options only when Asian languages are enabled (they aren't
enabled on any of my machines). I suspect it's a way of storing
Asian-language phrases for quick input through the IME.

If you want to store phrases in English, use either AutoText or AutoCorrect.
