Intel(R) PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter

Having difficulty getting the drivers to the Wirless LAN
2100 to install.
Using Windows XP. Tried updating the following file from
the Windows Update site:
Intel Net Driver Version 1.0.28.2

It won't load...keeps trying to download and
install...but never takes. I believe it's preventing the
subsequent driver from installing.

I've downloaded iprowiir.exe and installed it.
