Intel(R) PRO/1000 PL Network Connection

Hi

I had this application which allowed me to control the amount of flow of
data i.e. 10 mg, 100mg etc.. on my network. Had to format and lost the
application. I've searched for it but have only found the driver. Could
someone direct me in the right direction?

Intell.com support has the tool for download along with the updateded drivers
for that adaptor
