Intallation & Updates

Hi,

I am using Windows XP professional SP2, and I am having problems installing
Windows Messenger. I get an error "Critical Update required Windows Update
Agent 5.8.02469 required" , I am trying to get an update from the Microsoft
website but it also has the following error "Error number: 0x8024400A".

Please Help!
