Int. Disconects!

Hello to everyone

I have a problem with my internet connection, It disconnects from the internet almost a minute after I connect and when my computer starts it gives me an error message :â€could not execute Main: The system cannot find the file specified†and my computer Kbps stays as low as 23Kbps and It is used to be up to 50Kbps what is the problem ??
I've run antivirus but it does not found any viruses
Any help will be appreciate

I barely instaled limeeware and a new javva does this affects my problem

Look in Application & System to see if there're any related Error Messages.

this is the error message that I think may be related with it but there are hundreds of error& information messages

C:\Program Files\ComPlus Applications
If nothing is listed I would ignore any COM+ errors. They just seem to be a
nuisance.

It seems that there are not any problems in com+ applications but my internet still disconnects
what could be the cause, it disconnects without any error message or anithin

to install the (spyware) program "Clicktilluwin." Regardless of whether you
click Yes or No, the Trojan code is installed.
