Insufficent space on server to execute command

Last night i had a powerloss at my company and this morning when i tried
logon to the server i got a message " Insufficent space on server to execute
command " when i tried to create a path to the server. What is the problem ?
The hard drive on the server is ok (25 Gb) is free.

If this is a server does it have a server OS? If so post to a newsgroup for
that OS.
