Instruction cannot be read

I am running XP Pro. Since I upgrade to this program,
which I really enjoy using, I am getting this message.
The instructin at 0x771C7D79 referenced at 0x0000008
could not be read. Exactly what is this? And how do I go
about getting rid of this problem? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
