I just had some help with trying to make it where windows wouldn't crash when
I right click etc. in a folder that has many files in it. The person I was
talking to, (Sinister S) told me to do a non-destructive recovery. In doing
so, I have to reinstall many programs and I lost the ability to sign on AT&T,
and the ability to restore our account on AT&T. Also, all the accounts were
destroied. Before someone tells you to do this, they should give a full
explination of what it does. I will now have to reinstall my antivirus
programs and many more things. In addition, HP Support is not answering my
requests, could someone tell me why and help me fix that? Also, is there any
way to restore the accounts?

!! I found where the information for each user account is...now I just need
to know how to restore them!

......Is everyone at Microsoft being held by gunpoint or something? nobody's
answering anybody anywhere..>_>

Hi Zye,

There are very few MS employees frequenting these forums. Most all the
answers you'll find here were provided by volunteers willing to give
freely of their time and talents. Be patient here. A person may come
through here that may offer a possible solution for you to try, it's not
owed you.

yes, I know...but I don't understand why Instant Support would all of a
sudden not answer, though.
