instant messaging

Can I use the process of instant messaging in Access for our users? If yes,
how do I create this in access? My goal is to have all users talk without
using the e-mailing.
Your advise will be greatly appreciated.

now that would be an interesting application of the ms access database
product, as a way of sending instant messages... why didn't i think of that
one????
