InstallUtilLib.dll error

Hi,

I have created an installation program using the .NET setup form example.
Of course when I try the installation it works perfectly, but when I send it
to someone else they get the following error:

InstallUtilLib.dll:ClrCreateManagedInstance (hr=0x80080002): The system
cannot find the file specified.

Can anyone help me out on this one?
