Installs but wont load

I recently have had a new harddrive installed. I can
install my Medal of Honor game but it wont load(play).
The message I recieve reads Warning: missing Glide
installation,assuming no 3Dfx available...shutting down
QGL. GLW_StartOpenGLO-could not load openGL subsystem?

What does this mean? and what do I do?
 
Get the latest video drivers for your video card, sounds like the ones you
have right now don't support OpenGL. Latest drivers should fix this.
 
sounds like its not detecting ur video card , have u installed the driver for ur card iff so try updating it there are sites on the web tht offer free updates for video drivers etc.
