i am running windows xp service pack 2 and recently weneva i try to install
new programs such as yahoo music jukbox or live messanger updates i get an
error 1603 or that setup not complete please try again later.
 
Hi,

Do a google search for the words "error 1603" including the quotes.
See if you find something that applies to your problem.
