installing windows mamangement instrumentation service

Hello there,

I am trying to install windows management instrumentation service on
windows xp professional .

I would appreciate it if any one would tell me how to do this, I tried using
the "Install optional windows components"
on the windows xp proff. CD..but that did not help.
