I downloaded a 74M file of video drivers for my new Gateway notebook. It was
in the form of an exe file. I run it, and it finished somewhat quickly.
Previously, I could get my video projector to operate. Now it cannot be
reached. I checked the date of the driver install. It's 4/4/06. The date on
the file is 10/6/6, so obviously it didn't install. It seems to me that I
need to do something to complete it. What?
When I tried to re-execute the file today, almost every file wanted to know
if I wanted to replace the one already there. I could see this would be a
long process, so terminated. This is just evidence the unzipping process
probably was completed.
