Installing VB 6.0

I tried to install VB 6.0 from my original CD, but got an error stating VB
could not find VBA6.DLL - - tried to copy to computer and access was denied??
 
Hi. I installed VS6 an it sed that there is a known problem with VC++ but, I
installed only VB6 and its ancillaries and it werks fine on Vista 32 and
Vista 64.
