Installing updates. How preview?

Yes, but I want see what's updates i will install first(and probably choose
not all). How?

Choose the custom (?) instead of express install. You will then see
the list and can uncheck the ones you don't want installed.

OP was referring to Automatic Updates, not Windows Update, I believe.

Same thing (sort of). The OP mentioned the "wizard" showing that
updates were ready, but needing user to click something before they
would be installed. This happens with automatic updates when there are
updates needing user intervention before installing. This can be the
case if one has set automatic updates to only notify instead of install,
or for updates that require somthing like WGA approval (among other
things).
