installing Solution Center

Everytime I login to my pc a box pops up telling me the Solution Center is
ready to install. But it says I have to put in a disc to do this. This did
not start happening until a few weeks after I got the computer. Can someone
tell me anything about this?
 
Contact your computer manufacturer. Solution Center is not part of Vista,
it's something the computer manufacturer put on your system.
