I recently purchased a remote storage hard drive that I can connect to my
home network via the router. I am simply lost as to how to create a shared
directory and assign a drive letter that can be accessed from all the
computers on the network. The information that came with the device is not
user-friendly. Any suggestions?

What is the make and model number of the device?

I'm sorry, but I can't find any information on the Internet about how
to use that product.

Yes, that is the one...is there anything out there that can explain what to
do in plain language?
