installing psapi.dll

following advice from kevin, i downloaded the psapi.dll from a google source........now it's in the 'downloads' file........now what do i do with it?...........remember, i'm a 'remedial' computer owner (very little tech savvy!)..thanks..........lennyz

This file should go in the winnt\system32 folder.
