Installing Programs. Do I have to install them everytime I create

Hello, my name is Celia:

I just installed a fresh copy of Windows XP professional. I logged in as administrator and went ahead and installed office, and other programs and made changes to the desktop. After that I joined a domain and it created a new account for me adminisntrator/domian. Now when I login using this new account nothing that I intalled is available! Do I have to install the programs and make the settings changes everytime I create a new user? What could I be doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
