Installing Microsoft Upgrades

Recenty, my computer was hit with the blaster worm virus
and once it was removed I was advised to run the
Microsoft upgrades as soon as possible. However, every
time I try to do so, I get a Service Pack I Setup Error
message which tells me that the server is not
responding. Even after I click retry several times. the
message still reappears. How can I get rid of this
problem?Thank you.

Try downloading the full service pack (the network version
rather than the express version) and install it locally from
your harddrive once you have it all.
