installing flash player

Just got an interactive encyclopaedia on CDROM, ir requires flash
player. I dont want install flash player. Can I install flash player on
CDROM, to run presentation locally on CDROM, without installing
anything?

why someone need install every rubbish and garbage on PC?(the flash
player is garbage). The purpose it view presentaion directly from
CDROM, without installing anything into system.

Flash Player is not garbage and it's very useful for viewing flash
presentations. What proof do you have other than your ill informed
opinion that it's "garbage"?

If it's a CD-ROM it's not writeable so why would you think you could install
something to it?

problem solved, it seems. The CD contains flash published as a
standalone projector. So this is a self-contained exectuable of Flash
file which is distributed on CD.
