I have Windows XP home Ed. That I installed on a Pentium III 500 Mhz 80Gb HD
384Mb RAM and a 3dfx Voodoo3 16Mb Video card. Everything works great. But I
what to replace the 3dfx card with a ATI RADEON 7000 64Mb video card. I
uninstalled the 3dfx card using Device Manager. I then shut down the
computer and install the Radeon card boot up the system and I get this
MESSAGE:

A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for
this computer.
ERROR CODE: 0x800700c1

The system then takes me back to the login screen. I have also tried booting
up in Safe Mode and just VGA support, this just give me the same message
with error 0x800703e6.

Anyone have any ideas?
